Dat's some slick cable routing, are you going to leave it like that when you flip the cap and reassemble the top to bottom??? Will you be able to work on it if there is a problem, can you remove a bad wire???

His rigging is very minimal. I believe there is room to pull any wire out if needed. He only has batt cables, harness, shift/throttle and steering hoses. He can leave them in if he wants, they won't be in the way. They do need to be pulled inside to do some glass work on the cap still. Hoping to get the last bit of glassing done here soon so it can have the last body work done before paint.

I pulled all the cables out and flipped the cap back over. That was just to mock it up. all cables will be reinstalled after the boat is done and cap glassed to the hull itself. I like to mock things up to make sure they fit as intended in case changes are needed, easier to do it now than after its glassed and painted. All my "gauges" will be Bluetooth from my phone so yea my rigging is pretty basic. Only mechanical gauge is the water pressure which is the only hose I did not run but there is plenty of room.. There is plenty of extra space, I can easily pull wires through is needed when installed, the only thing is the plug for the harness has to go through the rear hole first with no cables otherwise it wont fit. Should be clean simple looking boat in the end.

It's wet, so you can't see the glass... but this was my under-deck solution for cable management haha. 2" I.d. PVC pipe, cut in 1" lengths. Some wood sawdust mixed in with epoxy, and a strip of glass through it. I whacked them with a hammer afterwards and they didn't pop.

    Yours look better though haha.

That does that job also, I went this route because it also stiffens the interior sides of the cap a bit, needed for when I'm at the sandbar and have to throw myself over the side to get back in.

That works! I just bought a heavy ass bayliner with 1/4" thick fiberglass walls/hull hahaha. No core needed.

Did a little testing to see where propshaft would be In Relation with the pad and to see how it looks. Just check it on the highest and lowest hole, obviously there's in-between holes but I I'll test thoes out later after boat is done.

Might cover some of the upper intake holes. It may suck air and kill your impeller. Or just go to a hull mounted intake. Orrrr, a lwp lower.
