Wtb lower for 2.5 25" fishing motor

Scrambling to put together a 25" 2.5 to use for family vacation in 3 weeks. My 100 hour 150 4 stroke is in shop and may not be fixed in time.
Need a 25" lower- I have mid and trim (both are not great but functional) - a very nice power head I can pull from a 20" motor so I now looking for lower- really do not want to buy an "ebay" -might have to go with an SEI. I would love to find a mid/trim/lower set-

SEI is a smart, economical, reliable choice.

It will be on a 1979 235 Mako CC (23') so coned and high is not likely-
this might sound under powered but this old girl will run in the low 40s with a single 150 2.5 -
Family expects to fish so I gotta make that happen- well ok I want to fish too...
