    Chrysler prototype V6 outboard 150hp

I was at auto museum by Hartford WI that had a prototype 1983 2 stroke v6 150hp Chrysler outboard engine on display . Anyone have any other info on it? I will post some pic later of it when I get some time.

Proto, first example was late 1977. Horizontal reed version was last, this one has a hole windowed behind the distributor. Not the only one left

Most wheels are round, these however were good runners. One summer of testing on Fox had these running ahead of all comers. That was told to me by an Evinrude man, eyeballing. They embarrassed a lot of others. The man who told me that said the first example was at the dealer show 77. This example should really be taken apart and fixed. X-V6 on the cowl?
