mine is a 95 dark blue leather. ive seen the replacement skins on ebay. 125 per side for the bottoms and a little more for the tops/ backs. Only my bottoms are bad. Ive seen full skins/ covers that are much cheaper and wondered if these were those covers or what? cuz they look almost factory.

can get a full new moulded carpet kit too for about 300. she would be new inside after all that! new truck smell for fraction of new prices. and doesnt look like a space ship lol

I know those years, good 2500, hope yours is a K, winter. A couple companies make complete sets , I came across them looking for my 78K20Sub. I went with original NOS patterns/ pipe and restitched . Did the heavy MIP black vinyl in place of carpet.
Stupid me this is that thread, lol, multimulti tasking

I did vinyl bottoms from ebay in my '98 Suburban. Less than $100 for the pair. They're not perfect but they're damn sure better than some cheap slip on covers!

The ‘98 only had leather on the seating surfaces of the front 2 rows. I’m pretty sure the 3rd row is solid vinyl as are the sides and backs of the front rows. Now that the front bottoms are vinyl I doubt I’ll ever have to mess with it again!

Lots of stuff for sure but most stuff they have is cheaper if you can find it ANYWHERE else. Some stuff they have the market cornered on though. Their catalogs are nice for the exploded views. The newsprint sections make excellent fire starting material also, and fair toilet paper at the hunting camp!

The previous 'burb was a '95 that I had all the seats done in leather when I bought it, had it for 11 years (bought it in 2000). They were all leather on the seating surface, vinyl backs. Then bought this '08. The cloth seats with seat covers are more comfortable IMO

They don't have a lot of custom stuff tho.... was looking for a custom grille for my '08 burb, but they don't have anything, in fact, they have very little custom stuff for my truck like headlights and such..........

GM cloth seats are great and last forever, still have the factory covers on my 92. 400k of my butt in the driver's seat and a couple Rottweilers in the passenger seat.

I was going to get a newer diesel truck this fall when the new redesigned GM /Ram trucks come out, I figure everyone has to have the NEW look and the price would be more favorable , but now I'm thinking of just keeping my 09 for a while longer and getting a Diesel GM van , I bought my first van new in 1977 and always have one as a spare vehicle, soo practical , If you need to carry large chit hook up a trailer , why trash and truck , that's what happens if you REALLY use the bed of them , I always get toppers for my pickups anyway.
GM now has a small 2.8 diesel that has 400 lb of torque with a 8 speed transmission then put a programmer on them and there you go, with super mileage, but GM is comming out with a new 3.0 six cyl diesel with more power , how much no one has given any #s ?
I'm in no hurry and don't want to make a mistake .

I bought a 32 ft aluminum horse trailer gooseneck , going to make a toy hauler out of it,for my RZR and bike, then get a pull behind for the van or pick up , I want to see 100s of state parks , spend a summer in Alaska , dreams...

I was never a fan of small displacement motors making power in a work vehicle.... always preferred the big displacement motors.

I also greatly prefer cloth. The GM cloth wears like iron!

They seem to be geared more towards the “resto” crowd. Most of their “custom” stuff I find to be in poor taste!
