2002 Model 250XB

Ive had the motor since October of last year. Less than 300 hours and in very good shape. Lower unit is having a cone installed at jc's and should be ready this week. Motor is stock but has the hood modification. Very clean motor and the Only reason I'm selling is I'm going back to a 2.5 motor.

What's the asking price? 25" shaft?

20" shaft and price is 6900 and buyer arranges shipping. Or 5600 without the lower unit. JC's just called and said the lower unit is ready so I'm going to pick it up in the morning.

Had questions about a crack on the cavitation plate, no crack at all that's just a reflection. Motor is about perfect.

Nice clean motor, I wish I had something to put it on! I believe there actually 270 to 280 HP also. Could be wrong but that's what I've heard.

Yes sir you are right about your hp statement. Ran one on a stroker and it actually ran as fast as the 300pm. 100.4 fully loaded. And a best of 90+ on my astro but I haven't tried different props. I'm sure its good for a couple more with the right prop. Strong mota but I've decided to go to a smaller boat with smaller hp being that I don't go nearly as much as I once did.
