Trim or grommets for Mercury remote trim pump hoses

I bought a slightly used Merc 300 Opti from a forum member and it has the remote hydraulic trim pump. I'll need to drill holes in my splash well to pass the hoses through.

Is there a trim kit or grommets typically used for this purpose?

    Thanks in advance!

Another alternative is to do bulkhead fittings which is what a lot riggers do. It is a little more costly but it is better seal to keep the water out and it gives the boat a more custom look. See the attached photos of my 22MTRs.
    Thanks

Bob's Machine makes some nice bulkhead fittings that you can run through the engine bracket as well.

The ones above are very clean!
