I just looked at a map. I didn't know that you were so close to Eagle River, used to go for the races every year and snowmobiled the entire area over the years. I still keep a sled with a friend up in Gwinn. I guess the water will be brisk for 3 lakes this year--

Going to be brisk at 4 th July yet 70 today and tomorrow then 60 s maybe be down to foot of ice by weeks end

As long as it doesn't get below freezing at night the ice goes fast.

We had 89 one day last week, pretty much winter to summer. Still no water in the laķe,had rain on Sun and Mon and going to get warm again so hope she fills up.
