Does it expand that doesn't seem like enough to do a transom and knee. My own transom was 1150 square inches so 2300 cubic inches for a 2inch core which is.10 gallons of volume and would have been 70 pounds just for.core material.

Poured the transom in my 16R too. 7lbs per gallon cured. Used just under 5 for transom and knees. ArJay compound.

Very cool carlson build. Its gonna be a super fun ride with the 2.5. I'm working on a cvx16 as my winter project. Love these boats. Look forward to seeing it rigged.
