    'Nuther coat of primer on deck & transom. (Shows up all the bodywork still left to do. Sigh ...) Gonna be off white, and cobalt blue with some honkin .025 flake. Probly some blue pearl in the clearcoat as well. Merc 2.5 200 for power.

    How are you building the fiberglass windshield, did you use the original as a mold??? Splane it Lucy.

    Yes. Wax paper then fiberglass. Old windshield was irreparable.

    Inside or outside of the windshield, never thought of wax paper. Made a glass front bumper for my Road Runner by using the inside of the stock bumper, heavy wax so it wouldn't stick

    I use wax paper for all my nonstick jobs including on both sides of RTV sealant to make removable-reusable gaskets. Nice work 71V153....love those Carlsons...timeless!

    PVA(poly vinyl alchohol) or PVC(poly vinyl chloride) spray parting agent also works well. Nice work.
