Gooday gents how can i repair this engine ,the piston ring on no2 broke and got lodged between the cylinder wall and piston, somebody tried to remove it with even more damaging results which caused a crack in the cylinder wall ,on the same piston the rod hit a hole in the casing .thanks guys for your valuable input ,i appreciate

Is there another ecm ican use on this engine apart from this 14632A2 any ecm that will give it better performance perhaps easier and cheaper to find ,i have to replace the old one

That looks like a std. chrome bore motor. a good machine shop should be able to sleeve it, weld crack, & deck block. He,s a long way from you, but I would call chris carson marine. he does that type of work.
