    280 fuel pump options

957, 984 or 044 bosch am I right? And that's 3/8 hose in and 3/8 out? If anyone has something that works for me I'm in! Thank you all.

The 984 pump has a 1/2” inlet (if memory serves). Fuel pumps are one thing you don’t want to skimp on....especially with delicate nik bores lol. Buy a shiny new one.

agreed, there's always guys saying "well, so and so has one with the same specs but cheaper" it's cheaper because it's junk. buy a name brand, quality pump once, and in all likelihood you'll only have to do it that one time.

Weldon, Magnafuel, Aeromotive those three have done very well by me, especially the first two. I'm going with Magnafuel for my current build, one of their systems with a filter built in to the block just for simplicity sake.

I agree with you boys 100%. I just figured the bosch in-line pumps were OEM I'll probably go with that. I don't really know which Weldon/aeromotive etc. would work for me I'm kinda lost there. So you guys say genuine bosch is not sufficient as far as quality? Thanks again I appreciate the help

Ive been running a Bosch for ten years in my boat - never had an issue. Supplies proper fuel and is nice and quiet. Worth every penny IMO. I actually like that pump so much that my ‘69 Mustang is currently getting one also.

Bosch is a great pump Anthony. Works great on a 280. High pressure pump regulated to 39 lbs and your set
