Look for “Tygon” fuel line. Locally your small engine shop should have a roll in whatever size you need (bleeds are usually 1/4” IIRC). Just carry a piece and match it up. Anywhere that services mowers, chain saws, weed whackers, etc.

    Or:

Heat seems to loosen them up make sure you use constant pressure clamps. I made clamps just by wrapping SS spring wire around an appropriate sized screwdriver.
Speed cost money. How fast you wanna go?

Are you sure? I thought the bleed lines use 3/32" I.D. which is one size smaller than 1/8" I.D.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

Yes the 1/8th are a little loose but ok with good clamps, I get the 3/32” I’m 99.835% sure

You shouldn't need zip ties on bleed lines. Factory doesn't use them, or any clamp at all. Use the right size line.

If you use tygon, use some type of clamp/ tie. If not, good chance it will blow off. The tygon is much softer than the stock hose and doesn't grip the same when hot as the factory hose.

you absolutely need clamps or ties of some type with Tygon...I've had several fall off without.

Up here in the frozen Midwest. Tygon is good for about 2yrs and then it starts to harden. After my tygon spools are gone I am definitely going back to black hose. At least that can last 20 plus years up here.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.
