I have a feeling mine was a twin engine at some time in its life. The old bolt holes that were filled in the transom looked like it had twin Gill Marine pipe style engine brackets on it.

Interesting, have you searched for any old pictures or talked to previous owners?

No I haven't searched or talked to the previous owners. After I bought the boat, the previous owner would not answer my text or phone call for a stereo face plate he owed me.

If you could post the pictures, I'd like to see them, see the reg numbers or hull number and maybe match it to my boat.

Hey guys, thanks for the interest. Because both Mark and I had some other projects that got in the way, the Activator was delayed a bit. We should be back on track next week.

Latest is that the hull is being blueprinted, and next we will look at the deck, and it needs some repairs.

This time has me second guessing my color choice! All red?

Have you got back to working on the hull? Red would look great on that hull.

Yes, we did an update article, but the video won't be up until later this week. We did have some delays. Hopefully back on track. I got involved with so many projects that I had a hard time keeping up. Working on some new stuff which we will announce soon too.

Here is the article, video coming. This week we should be looking at the deck and repairs there. Looking more like I might go with a white hull side, and keep it Awlgrip on the bottom for durability. Things should go pretty smoothly from here on in.

We added a video for Episode 11. We talk about the repairs, blueprinting and some of the features of the Evinrude G2, like the ability to switch between hand and foot throttle with a button!
