Outboard Fuel Line Source Needed - NAPA Won't Do It

Guys, I need to find a bulk source for outboard fuel line in 3/16", 1/4", and 5/16" sizes. I am putting my old, 1975 Johnson 70 horse back together after a full tear-down and repaint, but have run into problem with fuel lines.

I had saved the original OMC branded hoses (40+ years old and original) on the carburetors and fuel pump when I took it down months ago, so I have those to compare. When I took these to NAPA for exact replacement, the automotive hoses are much larger on the OD. Not only do they look wrong, they won't take the sharp bends that the smaller OMC hoses did.

There has to be a different standard used since the wall thickness is different. What/where do I need to look for?

    Thanks, Gordon

Might try and use the EFI hose as it is smaller dia due to it having a kevlar reinforcement. Nylon needs more plies for the same hose.

The new lines are supposed to be mtbe/butyl ether safe as well as alcohol safe. So you end up with fairly thick junk Sleved silicon which tends to not be isopropyl safe (breaks down to acetone that eats plastic) so automotive line is ehh.

Best to try brp. You can try low pressure rubber at your own risk takes knowing your fuel guy better than a brother or mother.

You might try a well stocked and knowledgeable hydraulics shop.

If you go with EFI lines, make sure you don't push the liner backwards in the fuel line and get it all crumpled up. Some have a thin white or bluish colored liner in there and some tend to push backwards easy when trying to get it on a barb.
If I don't ask any questions, I'll never learn anything.

Guys, I still need to find a bulk source that will sell me 3~10 feet of outboard fuel line. I did order/receive the 3 fuel lines that connect the 3 carburetors - $19 total.
I was expecting pre-formed hoses and exact lengths for that price - NO! I got 3 straight pieces of the same hose in their own, individual packages. All total, 11" of hose - more than $20 per foot! This is the 4th boat/motor that I've worked on/restored in the last year and will need hoses going forward.
I need the fuel pump hoses - 3 of those - 1 to the pump from the block port, 1 for the fuel supply, and 1 to the carburetors. 2 of these are more than $20 + shipping and the one for the fuel supply is not available. The one hose that I can understand is the one between the block port and the pump (pulse hose with a spring inside). $20 for 10" of fuel line? I don't want to.
