Looking for help on set up

What info do you guys need advising on proper set up of a boat?
Reason being im about 70 miles from the boat and will be there Sunday.
I will take as many pics as i can but what should i concentrate on ??
    Do you need measurements ???
I take it the transom is the most important part but i suppose running lines will have a part to play as well.
The boat is 660lb 16' something similar to a sidewinder

The most important things to know include:

    - Prop pitch, diameter and manufacturer. (It appears to be a 3 blade aluminum.)

    - Propshaft height relative to the planning bottom.

    - Wide open throttle RPM and speed (preferably on GPS)

I had a 16ft Sidewinder with a 150 Merc. That boat has a rounded bottom, so it's not going to handlle well over 65.
