225 ProMax Sport
225 2.5 ProMax Sport with new power head, low hours, high speed racing lower unit (1.87 gear ratio). Runs great but our boat is too heavy for this motor. Call or text 615-681-6471 for more info, pictures or to make an offer. Located in middle Tennessee.

This person posted this ad about 6 months to a year ago with the same result. They never respond to messages, texts or phone calls. Just wasting everyone's time.

They responded to mine, but it sounded like they had a FrankenMerc. Nothing sinister, but I think they may have been taken for a ride. Had a painted block (said they paid $8K for a new powerhead), a busted Sporty, and they had just bought another lower with a Bob's cone. God only knows what that one was like. Add to that, they thought the motor was worth between $6,500-$10K. Based on our conversation a week or so ago, I'm guessing they traded it for another motor they were looking at, but I don't think anybody missed anything with this one.
