Allison R13 / 850XS Merc

2014 Larry Register built composite with all original 850XS Mercury. Motor was a one owner until I bought it and went through it last year. Both are in excellent condition along with the trailer.

Hydraulic steering, Hot Foot, billet shifter, Allison jack plate, compact AGM battery, and a perfect (has been run once by yours truly) 28" Mercury cleaver. Great little boat that's a ton of fun, but just too many toys.

Also have another complete, original 850XS if you want a spare. These motors are very hard to find.

Both motors sold. Hull and trailer only at $3,500.

Mid-60's with zero work on setup. I'm sure it has 70's in it after dialing it in. I'm not exactly light at 6'1" and 250!

I have literally ran this boat once since rigging it. That was running double oil as it had been sitting a bit.

It's been a while since I've checked in here, but I did sell the 850XS yesterday. Several of you (mostly tire kickers) have expressed an interest in buying the boat without power, so here's your chance.

$3,500 for boat and trailer. Comes with hydraulic steering and blinker trim. I've had people say they had handlng problems with hydraulic steering on these little boats, but maybe they were either running a lot faster than I was, or their system wasn't quite right. Boat tracked like it was on rails and was very easy to drive in the mid-60's.

Back up top. Of all the tirekickers who have expressed an interest in this boat ("I have the cash. Will be there next week"), not one has even come to look at it. Not a single one. It's in my way and needs to go to a good home.
