Yes it is . There is a fair amount of room the only restriction is the storage inserts which are put in after deck is bonded. The boat is about 106" wide a little extra width . Even my big butt has been in there not FUN.

Everything is glassed in with staggered layers. These things are the real deal and that is why I am showing all of the construction step process.

You can roll it over then lift the boat from the bow and use long ladder.

Attached are the "not fun part of building these boats" but they are done the correct way. Glassed on the inside complete at every seam and joint. I have owned a decent number of boats now "and rebuilt a large percentage of them" to see just how they are built and how much attention to detail is truly put forth. I am proud to say that I would compare these hulls to anything that I have seen. The crew involved in these boats all have pride in their work, the materials used are all top level and there are no short cuts.

Here is the result of doing it right and having multiple bulkheads and stringers glassed to the complete boat "hull and deck". Crawl under some decks and see how well a lot of boats aren't built....

Just for the record, my batteries are in the bow, so every spring when I put them back in, I'm amazed at the fact that deck and hull are glassed together in places that defy physics, Pete had some exceptionally well skilled midgets!

Even my 18 skater that I am rebuilding is all glassed on the deck seam. The biggest thing missing are deck rings and stringers which we are adding after we get the balsa rot corrected. Pete has always built a great boat and I am one of his biggest fans.
