Thats exactly what the cops told me when my Bad ass CR-500 Supermoto got stolen from in side my house, he said probably in a container already.. NOTHING worse than a POS thief..Dave

We have to have everything documented (titles, notarized bill of sale etc.) when we send Porsche cars and parts to Austria but I am sure that these guys go a different route then we do with a proper shipping broker. Who ever took it will NOT be able to use it without it being seen and word getting back to us due to the fact that there are so many unique features to that boat. Sucks for sure and really makes you feel violated when someone takes your stuff. This is a warning call to everyone to get the cell tracker units that are available. There were few different vendors at the show this weekend. A couple hundred bucks and a small monthly fee "we would be making a road trip right now". We see this s**t every year at bike week but the recovery rate is much higher in recent years due to the trackers.

I'll keep an eye out down here. Usually stolen boats in florida are targeted for the Yamaha(s) on the back, or they're after big center consoles for smuggling purposes. I hope the boat gets found

I hadn't even though of that but it's a great idea. Which units did you see? A quick search looks like the SPOT Trace is a pretty good device for under $100 and about $149 / year for tracking. Google returned some others but their prices are all over the map.

I wonder if my insurance company will throw in a discount if one of these are installed? Worth a call, might pay for the service.

To insure the new 28, they are requiring one. I think the spot is what I will put in it-I am letting Paul and Terri do the research and I will follow their lead. I am getting a few of them (something about catching the guy really excites me).
