    I cut my transom board today. I used Coosa Bluewater 26. It has a 26lb density which means 1 cubic ft weighs 26 lbs. This stuff cost over $600 for a 4x8' sheet! We put all the monster clamps in to preset them. Hopefully we will get it laid up and clamped in tomorrow.

    How do you clamp the transom in with the cap still being on the boat?

    We made 5 MONSTER C-clamps. They are about 28" x 20". I'll post a pic of them when we get it clamped. They weigh about 30 lbs each!
