1996 225 Promax
Decided to sell to upgrade. I AM OPEN TO PART IT OUT... 1996 80hrs since all-Merc rebuild. Scuffed one cylinder so went with all six .015 over Pistons. Matching halfs, no welds, 6 new Pistons. Metal caged bearings, fiber reeds, 16amp charge, 1inch Chris Carson spacer, lightweight flywheel.
2-piece plate with BP tuner, solid mounts, ridgeback offshore can, 260 lightweight cowl, 1.87 RH fat shaft 20 inch sporty straight skeg gone through by colabella performance less than a year ago. Also have a CLE and bass mid if the cheaper price will help the sale.
Full package 6,800 picked up. Its still on the boat for test ride I have no issue taking it for a spin. Will be taking the engine off in a couple weeks.

Leak down was 3-4% and compression is at 130 on all 6.

how much on the current mid? how much saltwater life? Any idea how much shipping would be to 65065 ? Thanks Ed

Guys update on parts I have left..... I have the Promax drop on, offshore "can" only, and the fatshaft sporty. Needed the cowl, clamp/ram/tuner to sell my boat turnkey with a different power head.

This stuff has been used in blue lagoon lake and everglades (fresh water) and in the Florida keys. Always thoroughly flushed and cleaned after salt. Very minimal corrosion if any at all.

What are you upgrading too ? I have a 250xb drop on 130-135psi with 300 promax mid and alien cowl. Was going 3l on my ally, think i will stay 2.5
