Foam board that will accept Resin?
Is there a styrofoam that can be fiberglassed on both sides and not be destroyed by Poly or vinyl resin?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I have seen lots of flotation foam glassed in. I have used 1/2 styrofoam just as a insulator and filler on a cooler. I put it down and glassed over it. The resin didn't seem to hurt it 'too much' but all I was doing was trying to create airspace for insulation. And yes I am sure the results would be better with epoxy.
Speed cost money. How fast you wanna go?
I have done so much with so little for so long, I can now do the impossible with nothing!

Flotation foam is urethane, it’s not styrofoam
there is some foams that work
Duartec sells something you can spray on cheap foams supposed to keep them from melting. Really intended for plug/mold making.Raybo Marine http://www.raybomarine.com/

"Styrofoam" can't be used with styrene based resins like polyester or vinylester. It will disolve as they are all styrene based. As mentioned earlier, epoxy is ok for Styrofoam.
Numerous other foams are ok but probably not as cheap.
