If he thinks it's worth it, the car does 155 on a straight. Tough to gain ground when they're sitting every exit.

I see his light, I hear him flying he gets about 100 yards from where Im laying in wait and just like that.............I let him go by. Just couldnt bring my self to do it, about 5 miles up the road some 80 year old in his pick up cut the bike off sending him into a telephone pole.
I know a deputy, most likely retired by now, who was a racer. He raced a Super Gas car. Back when the 5.0 Stangs were being used he modded one out and put a race engine in it just to be able to catch the fast speeders. Told me they used one of the other cars to tote Sunoco race fuel for the thing. They patrolled I-10 with it.

Back in those days the law in our area was pushing hard to bust drug runners on I-10.

This guy on the bike looks like he’s doing this for fun, and he’s very clearly well-experienced at riding in that manner. I’m willing to bet that he just reached back and bent his plate up. It’s extremely common with sport bike riders. Next time you see somebody on a bike like that, look closely at the license plate. If you see that it’s bent and mangled near the top mounting bolts, you know why.

Agreed!!! I applaud the Guys riding skills and he was definitely doing some serious high speed needle threading.

Unless he killed a family member or has an ego trip, why in the world put many innocent lives at risk chasing him? It will ultimately be the police departments fault when he hits something and dies.
Also if you really need him, how about air support and let him at it.

Gives me an Idea of what Brent sees in his Mod VP as he goes thru the pack on the river... All kidding aside, that guy is really lucky to have had that little 6 hold together, he needs to consider moving up to 1000 or a 14. As for the safety aspect and all of the people that were put into danger, why chase that guy? so that they can collect a couple grand in fines? let him go and pay him a visit at home with video and plate info. for evidence. "you can't fix young and dumb"...

The new technology is video. They can get a prosecutor to pin that guys license from him based on 20 seconds of what we watched.

Damm, you are hardcore. I don't think I could ever kill someone for speeding. Sound like something would do in L.A.

we are just used to following police orders, we dont have any of that crap about shooting unarmed people who threaten Police, they just get shot.
Police in Melbourne have a world record for shooting and killing more people in 7 days than any other Police force in the world, every kill was one shot from a revolver. ( a couple of very lucky shots in that lot from a distance)
Most of it was mentally disturbed people threatening others
