yes, I called him and he said he cant go lower than 28,000 for the hull so still way overpriced.

If that boat is rigged nice and only needs a motor and prop, you can put a brand new motor on it and be in it for well under $50K. Definitely not overpriced for a 2017.

If I wanted to spend that kind of money I would but a skater 28.
