MErcury 1973 1500 Short Shaft outboard

Serial number 3751907. Completely restored, everything downto bare metal, primed, painted with high quality two-part Acrylic Enamel, Newdecals. All new rings, bearings, a couple pistons, seals, trigger. All new fuellines, fittings, carbs rebuilt, new internal wiring harness, fuel pumps rebuilt, new timing belt. All new stainless-steel bolts used in assembly.Solid motor mounts top and bottom. Stocklower unit disassembled, inspected, resealed and painted same as above. New water pump, 2-1 gear ratio. 15 inch midwas disassembled, stripped down to bare metal and painted, new steering shaftseals. Includes power trim rams, No pump or hoses. I ran this motor for 8-10hours on a magnum missile tunnel. Was never going to sell as these areimpossible to find but another project has caught my eye so this baby has togo. Sold as is, where is in East Central Florida. This motor was used so its not PERFECT but pretty damn close to it. Details pics of the crank and re-assembly process available to serious buyers. Serial number on the midsection DOES NOT MATCH the serial number on the block. Compression strong and even across all six cylinders. Will run on engine stand for serious buyers. No controls, gas tank or prop included.
    No trades. $3800 cash only
