Trying to get OMC raker prop to run on mercury?

I'm trying to put my raker prop I had on my OMC on my Mercury the prop slides right on the prop shaft but the problem I'm having is it's hitting the carrier when it slides all the way down it doesn't look like I can use the same thrust Hub as I did on the OMC and I can't seem to find the right one for the mercury has anybody ever tried this is it possible??? it doesn't look like I have enough splines coming out the back end either do I need to have a different Hub pressed into the propeller?

Parker I saw it done once at a prop try out clinic. Can't remember for sure how it done but thought they used a Merc thrust hub. Also used a special nut that was 1/2 as thick as the stock one, thìs was just to try. Sorry I can't remember more but was close to 20yrs ago so can't remember the exact way.

What ever you do, don't let it start hitting the gearcase, and scraping it up. In salt water, you know what happens next.

Parker take out the blow out ring, looks like the Merc one held in with 4 Allen screws? You ain't going over 90 so you don't need it.

The old raker thrust washers are really thick. You can make it work just gotta find the correct thrust washer. Newer Raker II are different.
