Hey Maybe the powers to be will give you a staff shirt and let you out on the dock to take your pictures that you give freely to everyone and anyone, DID I SAY FOR FREE, NADA, NOTHING.

No viewing from the water. All spectating is from the bank. There is a river run a lot of people do the day before on Oct 13. Race is Oct 14-15
