It's been a while since my last update on the project and quite a bit of progress has been made on the various components going into the boat.
The wiring harness is completed and made as simple as possible for all systems with Deutsh connectors at all the major components.
We are just about finished with all of the cockpit re-construction for the cooling fan cabinets and ventilation ducts. Should be finished with preliminary interior paint
    early next week.
Below are pics of the low amperage distribution block and the dash with Boca Switches. All systems have been powered up and tested.

I disassembled the trim cylinder and modified it with a magnet incerted in the piston to actuate the digital trim indicator and made a custom bracket out of a piece of pipe to mount the sensor.

Only thing I see is a non flanged center baffle . Just thinking I would have left one end off to weld the baffle to the outer wrapper without having to drill and plug weld it . Awesome project !

Thanks Tom! I hope to have that ride for you come March.
We are going to leave a gap of 1/16" between the outer skin and the center baffle and put stiffeners on the center baffle. I don't want to plug weld the the outer skin which would distort and leave a blimish in the polished outer skin facing the turbine. I am making the outer skin out of a rolled sheet of 1/4" aluminum for two reasons. The first being a little more protection from hot titanium turbine blades in the event of a catastrophic engine failure and some of the frag makes it through the engine, the stainless steel scatter blanket holder and the scatter blanket. If the frag makes it through all that the 1/4" aluminum will be better than the thinner tank material.
The second reason is for rigidity because I don't want to weld the center baffle to the inboard skin which will give it a good shinny polish job to reflect the beauty of the Turbine
It will also get a ceramic clear coat after its polished.

Sounds good ! I guess you have to plan for the worst with a turbine inside your boat !!
