I am with you Joe on nothing further to prove. This project has far exceeded my expectation and its plenty capable of going faster than I need to go in a 25' boat. If I need to go faster I will get in the old Bonanza and comfortably do 200mph.

Mainly to watch but I may run it just to say I did but I am not going to try for any speed record.

Mr. Hice, I just saw the entry list for the Parker Enduro and noticed a name in the Div. VII section. John Hice, "Johnnie Rocket Special"?

I text John just before the storm....told him to stay safe. In typical John fashion he said he was going to put on his helmet and lifeline and hope for the best lol. Haven’t heard from him since the storm, but knowing him I’m sure he’s out fixing and helping.

WOW, What a ride this has been! Well, I was going to make the event and run in division VII as a racer, no exhibition sissy stuff here! Michael has put a little kink in my plans and wont be able to make it to the event. Looks like I'll be dealing with a insurance race on building a new home. Looking forward to next year to set a bar for a turbine class.
Thank God my shop wasn't hurt and all the toys that were in there including the warlock.

At 3:00 AM I stood firm with my helmet and Lifeline jacket to battle Michael but by 4:30 AM he blew his chest up and threatened to come in as a cat 5 and I run like a little bitch to the west as hard as I could. I may be crazy but surly not stupid. Michael is gone and I am still alive, that makes me the winner!
