Did you etch the name in or just paint it ? looks proper factory like that.
And that Allison shape looks proper cool.
His is cut out with no color backing plate, the grey color you see in the Mercury lettering is the sportmaster behind it.

Chris can cut anything out you want him to in any font and add any color backing plate to it if desired.

It won’t help much if you’re slipping out (just spinning to 5k and not moving)

if you’re venting ( sucking air from the surface) then it will help.

I also caution about hooking on a turn.

The bobs can break your cav plate.......I have 2 lowers with broken cav plates to prove it....They are cast and very stiff. They do work well design wise. I like them in use but am scared to run them.

I've been using the Ally foil on my SS2000 for about 6 years. Actually I've never driven the boat without a foil.

I like them just not running above water like my current set up.

Familys 18.5” 72 30”deep v loves them. So does the pontoon can actually trim it. My tracker though doesn’t like them since I’m high enough to come above the surface.

I will say a lot of sporty need more anti vent plate. Especially when swinging more then 28” close to the surface. Real easy to blow a whole in the water exposing the prop to air.

Honestly i I would look for about a 4” wide add on plate positioned over the blade tips. Then go up from there.
