Need help finding a grommet

I am looking for a splash well control cable grommet.
It is called a Slop Stopper (no jokes please) its oval shaped.
Its also recessed, the steering and other cables can go thru it. Has a slice in the back.
The only place I found it is marine supply houses in Australia.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

I've seen um on smaller center consoles.
Hell I even thought about and oval shifter boot.
