Had a rainy, windy and chilly week. Caught lots of small mouth on a variety of baits from top water, jerkbaits, and crankbaits. Again caught lots of smaller fish on white whopper ploppers up shalllow near the bank. Caught most of the larger fish on offshore humps and out on tip of points with crankbaits, mostly a spro and 300 bandits, nasty shad and white. Was hard to stay out on the sweet spots in a canoe and white caps. Did go into a grassy lake with largemouth on one of the real windy days. Caught them really good on a black rainforest spro frog and a few on a black top toad. All in all fishing really good, weather not so, but helped make the fishing good. Been nice to have the ole Triton out there

Definitely was a relief from this 97-100 degree high humidity mess we dealing with. But I don’t want no part of that place In a couple months, I like my water liquified
