I raced my first UIM OE/F3 race 1974 and my last UIM OE/F3 race 1990. Jimbo McConnell and many more drivers agree with me..the best boat racing class ever.

My Australian friend Conn Saloumidis is testing his race boat today.
New Evinrude 300 G2 engines instead of G1.
We all are waiting for the result.
    Modified stock G2 gear cases.
    EDIT: Some interesting info,
Props are 5 blade Hering cleavers 37 inch 14 3/4 diameter

That answers my question......at 6100 rpm those beasts should last forever.....like a "walk in the park"! They must have some serious torque to swing a prop that size.
