This is my little office in my Evinrude dealership the first year I started (1975) You can see the OMC racing poster on the wall with my
Clerici-Evinrude 65 SS 1973.

Tom Percival F1 Stockholm GP 1984.
Tom was using the ITC as his sponsor. I also drove for ITC (International Travel Card) in the race before Paris, but used my own Evinrude dealership as my sponsor in Stockholm GP 1984.

@BLisBack!
I tried front spoilers on my UIM SE class Clerici, OE class Burgess and my F1-V8 Burgess but could never get any better lap time with the front spoiler.
Thats my experience no matter what someone else says..
The front spoiler was a got spot for sponsors..

Did Tom's boat have one of those early safety capsule boxes beneath the cowl?

Strang had hoped the NASCAR business model would be replicated on the F1 V8 program but the sponsorship did not line up like it did for NASCAR.
