The test-center is not used the same way anymore.
A few people/friends are still working there in the main building.
Yes, it needs a facelift but I don’t think BRP is going to spend the money to do so.
My guess is BRP sell it for an enormous profit when timing is right.

new tracks run right next to existing tracks, in other words, on same existing railroad right of way land, as they already have done in south florida. does not affect land use outside these parameters.

The taxes are whats going to help BRP make the decision to sell. And they will more than likely sell to the city of stuart or county for a city marina. It's what always happens to these kinds of older waterfront real estate. Its just not worth owning something like this anymore, as its no longer a money maker & little used and hasn't been forever, as well as paying taxes on submerged unusable land, etc., etc.,...

Real Estate Tax is not an issue for the test center.
Only $81,729.00 per year and that’s low for a waterfront commercial property that size in Florida

...This is good to know. No reason for BRP to liquidate it then. They can use it to evaluate the new power systems they are soon to introduce. Seen the promotions material on it.
