Scream And Fly Magazine
Had an absolutely incredible day testing Evinrude E-TECs right here in Cape Coral! I’m going to say something here that some of you may not believe, but I’ll say it anyway because it’s a fact - the new E-TEC 3-cylinder 1.9-liter 140 and 150 is a beast of an outboard. The torque on that engine will feel every bit as powerful as a V6. Yeah, I said it. And it’s true. What an incredible product.
I just got in so I’ll have full details, photos, and videos. As always, the Evinrude people are absolutely first-class all the way. They provide me everything I could possibly want to give you all as much content and experience reports as possible. I am always just so impressed with them, and I met so many fantastic people from their dealers. Just an incredible day.
Karl’s STV was there. I will try to convince him to take it out tomorrow.

...In an attempt to sell/market again more outboards, was another Johnson/Evinrude/OMC manufactured line of outboards..the "Eaton's Viking" horsepower versions, which allowed additional dealers, from the 60's & prior...
