Lars Strom

Today is Summer Solstice, meaning the longest daylight day of the year.
As a Swede we name it Midsummer and that's the day when Sweden stops and the party starts. Dancing old dances like jumping frogs, eating surströmming, drinkings snaps and to much alcohol.
A Swedish tradition I hope stays forever.
Do I miss it..Yes, in a boat having fun in the Stockholm archipelago.
This is from Midsummer 1985 when we where on the way to the archipelago.

What a GREAT pic...Spencer Dunn with the 'laydown' Pinel, Murray Wight holding the boats and Tom Wood in what I think was a Scotti (?). Pretty sure 1978, Picton, Ontario.
