Bill Grannis just sent me this powerabout..

Leaving Cape Coral later this morning. Great meeting and those 3-cylinder motors are fantastic, they accelerate like a V6. The 115HO is quieter at most rpm than the Yamaha 4-stroke 115. The 150 is super strong and you cannot hear or feel the RAVE valve kick in when running. The only time it is noticeable is a slight change is a slight change of sound about 3500 when putting the throttle down quickly from dead idle.

The 1991 UIM F1 V6 2 liter series linup in Charlon, France. Yes I was there helping my brother Lennart with his #21 boat.
If I remember right there was seven Swedes in the series that year.
This was not FONDA.
Just saying.

Johnson Outboard powered amphibious tank. Buoyancy provided by side-mounted aluminum pontoons. Outboard appears to be a 1933 4-cylinder V-65.The tank is a British Vickers MK-II light tank. (1931 – 1933) Just the thing for cruising the marina!
