Mats Nyström

Mats was a great friend help/support during my F3 & F1 racing and he also worked at my Evinrude dealership. We did lots of traveling together over a few years.
A very special man with lots of nicknames.
Sadly we lost Mats last week after a long battle with cancer.
R.I.P my friend.

This was in the “Jimbo looks like John Travolta” era.

During the “Grease” era, Funny thing, before Jimbo lost his normal voice in 1985, they sounded very similar. As they both grew older, the resemblance faded. It was a funny time to walk through airports with Jimbo.
