Tough to see from the pictures, but did you open up the floor over sponsons to check for problems there? Moisture, rot, etc...

Your in this far....why not finish?

Absolutely, no time and wife wants to kill me ��

I did not check the sponsons but very easy to access.

How long would it take for someone to work on this and get it back up and working? I've never done a restore but have been looking for a first Hydrostream bow rider. Also what would you want for the motor?

Sorry...the motor is sold..i would say two weeks unless you really put time in....most of the heavy lifting is done
