can someone clean this pic up .....
maybe my ol eyes just getting bad but it hard for me to tell what going on here.

No, it's not your eyes. Little aluminum bracket centre left behind block is in focus, everything else is out of focus.
Hard to fix that.

Tried to clean it up in my photo editing suite, not enough resolution to work with.
Suggest you download it and blow it up to focus in on areas of interest.
