Yes, followed the story , twin 125 it said , powerheads should be about year 82 correct for the ignition used. 3 5/16 X 2.876 long stroke, 150s are 2.8 short stroke. Lower and upper cowl are 125 , later squared cyl heads as well. Should run well if shaved for 185-195 psi as original 150 are. They could have fitted high ring pistons in it as original 150 had. Mids and lowers real with mid 70s and later rear leg cover , downward facing exhaust nostrils.
Should have TC carbs and jetted bigger than stock 125hp 0.0937/0.094 , 0.104- 0.110 +/-. Dual fuel pumps would be a good addition, 135,140,150 came with two or use the later Force 93 up transfer cover and MERC pump found on later Force F5 150 and big fours. Later ign looks good , haven't seen the stacks used on those motors before although other than ign and pistons if not high ring and head style and flywheel the same motor, machined the ports to except stacks? She must run well if all done correctly.

Old Racer
It may have been on another forum, the pics you posted may have come from that forum because I recall the boats move to Australia. The info I gave that they are 125 motors came from that site , the rest of the tech are specs for those and the 150 . If you get the chance find out about the other motors packed in the boat. Looking again at the cowls , they are later US Marine Force so later than 84 depending on where they were marketing, Chrysler still cowled in 84 as well. Just looking through the powercat page ,same ..
