I am not sure how to express how seeing all of these replies of support. I am much more than grateful; I'm very moved by all of your willingness to help. Thank you so very much everybody. Seeing these replies really had an effect on me, and in the best way possible. That's not just words - how can I be more thankful than to be a part of such an incredible community.

I really thought for a long time about whether I should ask this, and the willingness to help by all of you has me feeling so good inside. This is the very reason that I work day and night to try to make Scream And Fly the very best I can. This is exactly what motivates me. I always want Scream And Fly to be a fun place to hang out, learn, and have fun. Everything I do here is derived from feedback from all of you, and that will never change.

If any banner ad is in any way interferes with your stay here on the site, please let me know and I will have it removed. Those banners are served by Google and Outside Hub, and both of those publishers are responsible, but I am always watching the banners.

I have another round of fixes and updates coming for the site, and soon we will be upgrading the entire site. That job is immense, and only possible by the support of this community. I also have some really great articles in the pipeline that I have been assembling resources for, since I wanted to get back to the days when we wrote many feature and tech articles. All of this - entirely - is because of the support you have given Scream And Fly.

How could I possibly be more grateful than I am?

Let me chime in again this. I never have seen any "in my face ads" as its all sides/banner. Have no ad blocker that I know off either. Running Firefox years too. The "meat S+F" is all right there forums. No fluff BS "junk" like Facebook.."Suggested post" showing up going through "news feed" and just move on next real post from people. BUT? Just why is FB so popular? Why worth billions? ADVERTISING! The "bills gotta be paid somehow". Without team membership, etc, to HELP "pay the tab", AND with zero advertising money?
There would BE NO SCREAM AND FLY! Think Greg could survive this site WITHOUT HELP? He had a idea, AND the dedication. I won't even bring up the TIME and constant work the site done him and the mods..and time is money. And ya only have so much "life's energy to waste" Not productive? Ya move on.

Old enough to remember (my dad, was a TV repairman 50's, me born 1950) and 1/2 hour TV shows were 27 minutes, with couple fast advertising. NOW? Tube? (OK flat screen) Lucky if 7 minutes and here's another 5 minute commercial. Now THAT pisses me off!

I see many boat/bike/gearhead cage forums, and NONE run LIKE S+F! PLUS? The knowledge shared others that cover DECADES, be it old school me, new cool many, builds, how too, will this work, etc. Now without S+F, it would be ask a few friends, or take it in a boat shop and pay labor charges. Again, time money, energy wasted but here? Fast answer from the been there, done that Wizards.

Greg is dedicated to keep his.."I got a idea", when this new WWW started, and ran with it. Is he it in for money to get rich? I care less as S+F is his baby, and the more income, the more ya plow back in bucks to make it one the best, and here we go. THEN? Retire the madness, sell the domain (try buyin Facebook now!) and collect MORE GOOD STUFF! Then build a museum to show stuff and then "CHARGE ADMISSION, and NO ADVERTISING!

Ya know I got little to add the many posts, (I'm stuck in the 70's, remember not much it, but zero regrets) but like funning ya at times, seeing stuff done never imagined me young.

Leave ya with this. At least become a "Team Member" It tells many that you think its worth it the knowledge. Also separates ya from the freeloaders, many trolling a post and post BS.

No ad blockers here and agreed that Team Member is a minimum. I have often posted that it should still be a minimum to post in the classifieds and would cut back on the one hit wonders. JMO

Just a question, Does the site get anything like hit credits for these adds if clicked on? Im not opposed to checking them out daily

I often click on the adds to see what is new and what is on offer.
sometimes the adds keep me interested for a fair amount of time, so to me they are no bother at all.
this is one of the only sites that I dont use an add blocker on.

I agree. Ads have never been a nuisance here. I also feel that all of the information here is worth paying for!
