1995 mercury 2.5 260 power head minus ecu.


The ecu that is on the motor in the pictures I'm not sure if it works. I was told it was good but never tested it for my self. I will include the ecu will the sale but can't say it works. It is a 11350-a38

Motor is all nic. No steel sleeves. No welding. Never been plated or blown up. 98 percent fresh water use.

This motor has top pinned pistons by ( John Marles) brand new mercury gold rings, new bearings, new head gaskets, new spark plugs, new rod bolts, weight matches 141 rods, 35cc heads, Lake cut on the exhaust chest, slight rod notch work. Horn and reed plate are stock. Chris Carson reeds. Brucato just flowed the injectors. ( no fuel has been through them yet) 39 psi regulator. Factory flywheel and electrics.


The motor has not left my bedroom since it was built. It has not been turned over or started or gas in it. So I don't have compression or leak down number but can get them. Just hard since I have to bring it to my shop


I bought this motor from a member off here and went through it myself. I was keeping it for a spare but things changed and I'm going a different route.
