There are many new folks coming this year. Please be aware that occasionally you'll hear a noise coming from the beach at Sport Island............Do not be alarmed, this is perfectly normal....

Does anyone know about noise restrictions? Would V-drive with open headers be an issue?
Also what is lake height and junk status?

Have not had issues with noise, however being mainly outboards they are more quiet than a V-drive. Lake height is a little above normal and debris won't be a problem. This lake is NOTHING like the Connecticut River where locomotives and giant Sequoia's wash into the water. I've run 5 days sometimes without so much as seeing a twig.

**Lake Condition Report**

Lake level starting this weekend will be 768.0 feet above sea level. By comparison, last years level was 767.4 feet so conditions are expected to be virtually the same, nothing unusual. Water releases have been sufficient to keep up with me (currently releasing 4000 cubic feet per minute) with reductions planned toward the weekend as I become more tired.

I remember his center steer Laser. When I wanted to go for a ride I had to hang on to the one seat. Now my knees would hurt my legs would cramp. But I would still love it. That boat was super light and fast.
