was in Miami over Christmas, OH MY GOODNESS, It's Another World ! to ride the run up Old Cutler rd to the Grove passing 10-15 thousand sq ft homes one after another for miles upon miles, I told Mrs Fun,,, I don't care about Beverly Hills or wherever, there is no more impressive real estate on earth.

Even the bad neighborhoods are being taken and rebuilt. Ran out of room in Brickell and move up into Overtown. Up this way they approved 7 high rises on Biscayne between 107 ne and 114. Traffic is a nightmare. I thought you would give me a hollar when down this way. Maybe hook​ up at boat show?

will do Rick, ran down Christmas eve, did the day with my parents, and shot back on Monday. on the northern trek we ventured into some scenic route's just to have a few memories. Boat show is a great experience everytime we've been, if my new biz is landed and funds afford it we'd love to catch up with you guys and see the new venue. whats the deal with toll's getting onto key biscane? I don't have a sunpass, stayed off the turnpike and out of the express lanes as it seems they fine you, last trip I turned to go to key biscane and saw all the signs, freaked, pulled to the side and backed to brickle and GTFO of there. later Keith
