    Mercury bolts for shipping plate that locks steering

    They must be metric, top is close to 5/16 fine and lower are close to 1/4 fine. Anybody know what there are?

    Tops/tiller 5/16 fine and bottoms are 1/4 fine. They do get clogged up and you may need to carefully run a tap in them to clean them up.
