Get in touch with Ryan Beckley. I think he will have a line on it otherwise Randy "Wildman" has fiberglass windscreens from the 25 liberators that work really well "I went that route with mine and molded everything in".

If by Lexan you mean clear/smoked/etc, this guy is a one man shop, really busy, but he seems to have a million molds/jigs (way more than in the website, I was going to drop off my broken Eliminator windshield for him to see if he could duplicate but he already had the jig for it).

with a thin enough piece you can just bend it right on the boat using the alum one as a template

Mine is ONE piece just like the aluminum one. It bends it's self when you mount it. The Aluminum one is FLAT to start with too.....Click image for larger version.

Randy, are yours any taller or have a lip to redirect the wind. I am mainly looking for wind protection.

They are a little taller and do have a lip. I wear sunglasses at 115 mph with no problem. Here's a video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_Tum...ature=youtu.be

You can do either one. You just trim it to the groove and it will screw on. That's how I put them on the liberators. They come in black gel coat but you can paint them.

I made one out of Lexan also when I had my skater, pretty straight forward, then I painted the inside of it so it wouldn't scratch, came out perfect.
