    It has been used in salt water and flushed when used. It does come with controls.

    Thats a nice looking motor for its age but are you really firm on that price? Post up some more detailed pics of the outside and with the cowling off if your gonna ask top dollar.

    Its a 1980 with a 1960 to 1970's shroud? I have 4 of these and they make the covers and shrouds 1/4" shorter just so you can't easily interchange them. Dito on how the top clamps down. Unless you mean yours is really a 1970.

    Or a used 115 4 stroke that will crank up every time you hit the key and run until it corrodes away from salt water...not a bad choice either...
