We were playing in my A boat years ago and afterwards discovered there was a gentleman taking shots of us flying by. He was at the ramp and I was on the opposite side of the river which was approximately 350 yards. I asked if he would sell me a pic and he replied no but would send me the files to my email. I know nothing about taking pics or cameras for that matter but could tell this was some pretty nice stuff. The lens was about 10" diameter and about 16/18 inches long. I complimented his camera and he told me, right or wrong, he could buy several of my boats for the cost of the camera and lens. When I got the pics I was amazed cuz I can't take that clear of a pic from 3 feet away and this dude was 350 yards. Greg your pics have always been spectacular and well beyond the anything I could hope to produce even if I had that million dollar camera and after seeing hundreds of shots you have taken it is certainly more than just the camera. Awesome Allison pic.

Greg, what a great picture! it's perfect resolution! You really captured it!
It's great to look at this boat in flight. What a perfect setup - he's 100% on the pad, the engine is straight to the water, and the deck is at the perfect angle of attack to maximize aero lift. There's a lot to see in this great photo!
thanks, Greg!
